A comfortable, modern double room for two adults or one adult and one child, with a standard 4'6" double bed, en suite bathroom (step-in shower and toilet), soft towels, soap, digital TV, tea/coffee making facilities, alarm clock & hairdryer. All our double rooms have duvets and four pillows. Extra pillows and covers are available if you require. There are 14 doubles available.  Most doubles are located to the rear of the building &, unless on the ground floor, require negotiating some stairs. Some doubles have the sink in the room, others have the sink in the bathroom. Doubles tend to be smaller than twin rooms and are usually quieter due to their location on the rear of the property. We have one double overlooking Albert Road on the 2nd floor also one on the 3rd floor. We have 2 double rooms on the smoking corridor - please let us know if you want a smoking room otherwise a non smoking room will be allocated. However when we are busy we may have to allocate a smoking room when one hasn't been requested (we do try to avoid this).

A modern, spacious and comfortable twin room for two adults or one adult and one child with 2 x 3ft single beds. The beds may be together or apart. The rooms have an en suite bathroom with toilet & shower (sorry no baths), soft towels, soap, digital TV, tea/coffee making facilities, alarm clock & hairdryer. Some twins have the sink in the bathroom, others the sink is in the bedroom. Most twins are located on the front of the property, some overlook the main street, others overlook the rear. Twins are more suitable for those with mobility problems as most rooms do not require negotiating stairs but will require use of the lift (they are on the same level as the lift).  Some twins are located on the rear and tend to be smaller than those on the front. These twins will require negotiating some stairs unless located on the ground floor. All rooms have duvets and two pillows per bed. Extra pillows and covers are available if required.

There are 18 twins available including 3 twin rooms available on the smoking corridor. Please let us know if you require a smoking room.  Please note that we may need to allocate a smoking room if we are busy when one hasn't been requested.  We do try to avoid this however sometimes we are unable to.  

A single room for one adult with a single 3 foot wide bed. The rooms have an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower (sorry no baths), towels and soap, duvet, 2 pillows (extras available), tea/coffee making facilities, digital TV, hairdryer and alarm clock. Most singles have the sink in the room.

There are 8 singles available total.  Three singles are located on the smoking corridor (2nd floor at the rear of the building) next to each other. One single is on the first floor at the rear, another on the third floor at the rear, one on the ground floor at the rear and two singles on the third floor overlooking Albert Road. All the singles apart from one require the use of at least 6 steps to access the rooms and/or use of the lift, and therefore are not suitable for those with mobility problems.  Please let us know if you require a smoking room otherwise a non smoking room will be allocated. Please note these are allocated on a first come first served basis and therefore we may need to allocate a smoking room to you when one hasn't been requested. All smoking rooms are on the second floor.
The default price shown is for the low season room only for one night.  You can add breakfast and/or evening meal on arrival (paid for locally) or choose to include them now in the options. If you wish to stay in the mid or high season (room only, with breakfast and/or dinner) again please choose these in the options.  Two night minimum throughout the mid season, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday only in the Illuminations.

A room with a double bed and single bed for 3 adults or 2 adults and a child or 1 adult and 2 children. With en suite bathroom (toilet and shower only, sorry no baths), soft towels, handsoap, tea and coffee making facilities, digital TV, hairdryer and alarm clock. Price is for the total room and does not give a reduction for children (under 12). We are unable to let this room to all children (there must be at least one adult in the room). There is a minimum occupancy of 2 people. There are 3 triples available. All triple rooms are NON SMOKING.  All triples are located on the first or second floor overlooking Albert Road.
