La Tour has been established with the current owners since 1978.  In that time we have won numerous awards some of which are listed below. However our greatest "award" is that our guests return year after year!

Keep Blackpool Tidy Winner Hotel in Bloom 1997 (over 10 Bedrooms)

We participated in the HOAST & Quality Plus schemes used locally from 2001 - 2008, receiving Silver or Gold each year. We have been assessed as 3 Star in the Visit Britain/AA National Guest Accommodation section in 2009 and 2010.  We expect to maintain a 3 Star rating for 2011.

Our staff have attended Welcome to Excellence courses and been awarded certificates in various areas including Welcome International, Welcome Host and Welcome All (for disabled guests).

We are pleased to be awarded a Green Tourism Award for Excellence in Environmental Policy Implementation.
