La Tour has been established with the current owners since 1978.  In that time we have won numerous awards some of which are listed below. However our greatest "award" is that our guests return year after year!

Blackpool Tourism Department's Silver Award Hotel of the Year 2001 (36-99 Bedrooms)
Keep Blackpool Tidy Winner Hotel in Bloom 1997 (over 10 Bedrooms)

These awards have replaced the HOAST & Quality Plus schemes used locally in previous years (we participated from 2001 - 2008). We have been assessed as 3 Star in the Visit Britain/AA National Guest Accommodation section in 2009.

Our staff have attended Welcome to Excellence courses and been awarded certificates in various areas including Welcome International, Welcome Host and Welcome All (for disabled guests)

We are pleased to be awarded a Green Tourism Award for Excellence in Environmental Policy Implementation.
